What to write to us about
Corrections. Our work depends on the accuracy of dates, licence numbers, fee structures, and regulatory citations. If you find an error, tell us what it is and where you found the correct information. We will verify it and update the page, and we will say when a correction has been made.
Press and media. We are available for background and comment on offshore licensing regimes, regulatory reform, and the structure of the iGaming market.
Regulators and licensing authorities. If you represent an authority whose framework we document and something on our pages is out of date or misstated, write to us directly.
Research collaboration. We are open to sharing data and comparing notes with others documenting this sector.
Scope of our work
We are not a licensing consultancy and cannot advise on applications or represent applicants before a regulator. We do not mediate disputes between players and operators — that is a matter for the regulator that issued the licence, and our jurisdiction pages set out who that is in each case.
